Givry les Dracys |
The family estate is located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, a few kilometers west of Givry. Although its origins date back to the 17th century, its development is recent, with the action of Michel in the 1960s. Today, his sons Guy and Jean-Yves are in charge of a 35-hectare vineyard. The Sarrazin family has opted for reasoned control in order to limit chemical inputs and soil degradation. In vats and in the cellar, where oak is omnipresent, vinification and gestures are gentle to develop all the finesse but also the density of Burgundy wines. It is an elegant wine, with bright red fruits, with a nice well-integrated woodiness and velvety tannins. Grape: Pinot Noir Taste and flavor: Supple and velvety Alcohol content: 13° It is consumed around 15°C and accompanies roasted and grilled meats, a Burgundy fondue, a capon, charcuterie or cheese such as a Brie. |
