Vineyard
The Cave des Vins de Sancerre vineyard extends over 15 communes and 3,000 ha, including 80% Sauvignon blanc and 20% Pinot Noir. The terroir is made up of three types of soil: white earth, clots and clay-siliceous soil. Thanks to the grapes coming from all these villages and all these types of soil, the cooperative makes superb blends.

Winemaking
Vinification at low temperature in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting
This Sancerre has a pale gold color. It reveals citrus notes (orange, grapefruit and lemon) which blend delicately with fruity aromas and a mineral touch. On the palate, it is lively, rich, smooth, with a beautiful finish.
