How to become an affiliate?
To become an affiliate of www.la-cave-cellar.com, simply create an account using the registration form available on the website (click the "Become an Affiliate" button at the top of the page) and submit a request indicating your website's URL. You must also meet the following eligibility requirements, as well as the terms of this agreement:
1. Your website must not contain any illegal, racist, or defamatory content.
2. Your website must not infringe any copyright laws by illegally reproducing content that does not belong to you.
3. Registration for the affiliate program is free.
4. Your website must be completed (no websites under construction), have its own domain name (subdomains of hosting providers will not always be accepted), and have a clearly identified individual or legal entity as the website owner.
Compensation Terms:
The affiliate will pay the affiliate an 8% commission on sales excluding VAT and shipping costs.
If a customer requests a refund, the affiliate forfeits the commission on that sale.
Commissions will be paid monthly, starting from a minimum of €80, no later than 30 days after the sale.
Commission payments are made exclusively via PayPal.
The affiliate provides access to real-time sales statistics through an online account accessible at any time by the affiliate.
The affiliate is not responsible for declaring your income. It is the affiliate's responsibility to declare their income according to the laws in force in their country of residence.
The affiliate program provides the affiliate with various marketing tools such as articles, text links, and banners to promote our products.
Contract Duration:
This contract is non-exclusive and for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate it at any time by sending an email via the website form.
In the event of termination, the affiliate will receive a final payment based on the current balance in their account.
If the affiliate violates the rules of this contract, they will forfeit all rights to their commissions.
Other Provisions:
JAVAPUBLISHING SARL reserves the right to modify the terms of this contract at any time by notifying its affiliates via email.
JAVAPUBLISHING SARL may terminate this agreement at any time if your website is deemed unsuitable for the affiliate program.
