Overview
Les Borderies Vin Blanc, produced by the Cave des Vignerons de Mont-Près-Chambord cooperative, offers an authentic taste of the Loire Valley. Crafted from carefully selected grapes grown in the shadow of the Château de Chambord, this wine captures the unique terroir of the Borderies plateau.
Winemaking Process
After a meticulous hand-harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve their fresh aromatics. A portion of the wine is aged on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity.
