2017 Château Maris les Amandiers BIO, Minervois La Livinière


An already very complex and magnificent bouquet of aromas, with notes of black fruit, such as blackcurrant, white flowers, licorice and wet stone.

WINEMAKING:
The grapes are fermented at 25°C and macerated in casks at 28°C. A stock is produced in a natural way before the harvest, so this wine comes only from its terroir.

Aging: The wine is aged for 16 months in new Radoux Blend barrels.

Tasting: Wonderful bouquet of aromas of black fruits, blackcurrant and blackberries, with notes of white flowers, wet rocks and licorice. The mouth is full, powerful and caressing. Its very velvety tannic structure balances its richness of fruit and its generous flesh, all giving a voluptuous length. Aging potential: 10-12 years.
