Located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, the property was built during the reign of Napoleon III. It wasn't until 1936 that Gabriel Farnet acquired it to found Minuty. In 1960, Monique Farnet took over the family business with her husband, Étienne Matton. Today, Jean-Étienne and François Matton manage the family estate. By renewing the vineyard and equipping the château with state-of-the-art technology, the current owners are perpetuating the production of quality wines begun 80 years ago. Although Minuty is primarily known for its rosés, it also distinguishes itself by offering red wines.

Tasting Notes: Minuty red has a deep purple color with black highlights. It reveals an intense nose with aromas of stone fruit, vanilla, and gingerbread. It is structured, with aromas of candied fruit and spices, and a lingering finish. Serving Temperature: 16-18°C
