Provence-Corsica
It would be wrong to reduce Provence and Corsica to their rosés, some of which are excellent. It is also a privileged terroir for reds sometimes very aristocratic as in Bandol, sometimes simply embroidered with pretty tannins and powerful aromas of garrigue and red fruits. The whites are characterized by their lightness and tenderness. Nothing mineral and austere here. On the contrary, all wines have the volubility of the people here. A joyful exuberance illuminates the table like a ray of sunshine.
