Château Paveil de Luze, established in the 17th century, has belonged to the Luze family since 1862. To date, seven generations have succeeded one another. The vineyard covers 32 hectares in a single block, on a terroir of deep gravel, cultivated using sustainable farming practices. It is one of the 14 Crus Bourgeois classified as exceptional since the 2018 classification.
Winemaking
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (30% new).

Alcohol: 14%
Tasting Notes
Characterized by refined Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of ripe red berries, a beautifully structured tannic structure, subtle savory vegetal notes, and a lovely freshness.
Serving suggestion
Serve between 16-18°C, with grilled or roasted red meats, game birds, and mature cheeses.
