Ce vin Les GAVOUILLES convient très bien aux poissons en sauce et crustacés, mais aussi au foie gras cuit. Ce POUILLY FUISSE S''accorde aux viandes blanches, comme le veau et la volaille en sauce crémée, et bien évidemment les fromages de chèvre régionaux. Le servir à 11-13°C

Her robe is pale gold. Its nose reveals different families of aromas that make up the delicate and complex bouquet where the fruity (fresh almond, apricot) and the floral (violet) mingle. Its mouth is powerful and fleshy, it reveals notes of lime blossom, cinnamon, honey and reveals a good aromatic persistence.This wine goes very well with fish in sauce and shellfish, but also with cooked foie gras. Its fine acidity-suppleness balance goes well with white meats, such as veal and poultry in a cream sauce, and of course regional goat cheeses. Serve it at 11-13°C (depending on its age).

Pouilly-Fuissé Les Gavouilles Created in 1929, the cellar of Grands Crus Blancs Loché-Vinzelles sealed the union of winemakers from two neighboring villages: Vinzelles and Loché. Year after year, the vine growers of the winery were able to select the parcels of the vineyard on which the subtle marriage of the varietal with its soil was optimal.

The winery recently passed HACCP standards that guarantee the amateur the origin of each vintage.
