Vineyard
The Ménetou-Salon appellation is located in the heart of Berry, extending to the southwest of Sancerrois. We find the same grape varieties there, Sauvignon in white and Pinot Noir in red.
This vintage is vinified by the Cave de Sancerre, which brings together nearly 80 winegrowers.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification with grape crushing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, aging for 1 year in stainless steel vats.
Tasting
A pretty Loire Pinot noir: Light ruby color. Nose of fresh fruit, cherry and plum. The palate is supple and light, without tannins, ending with notes of candied fruit.

Service advice
It is eaten slightly chilled, around 14°C and is a delicious accompaniment to starters such as summer salads, poultry breasts, pork tenderloin or veal shank... without forgetting goat cheeses.
