Perched on a spur of the Gironde Estuary, the Blaye vineyards are made up of diverse terroirs, with rolling landscapes along the estuary's banks, which separate Blaye from the Médoc. Neither truly a river nor truly a sea, the Gironde acts as a natural temperature regulator.
