Vignoble
The Château de Corcelles has been reconstructed on the bases of an ancient place forte built in the Carolingian era. The Richard family took over the property in 1984. The vineyard is currently on 92 hectares. The vineyards for the rosé are situated in the vineyards of Perréon and Charentay south of the sable and argile sols, 15 km south of Corcelles.
Vinification
The nights last 4 to 6 hours maximum! C’est la durée de macération des raisins avant pressurage. Lens fermentation, at low temperature, contributes to the wine of fruit délicate aromas. The wine is preserved in the caves in stainless steel during the summer.
Degustation
The wine is rose pale, in the flesh of croquant and frais, with beaucoup d'élégance. It will not unfold on the agrum zests and floral notes.
Service Council
It will serve you at 9-10°C with summer salads, an assiette of charcuteries, poissons and crustaceans or a dish of chèvre.
