Among the new generation of Burgundy winemakers is Frédéric Roblot in Chambolle-Musigny. Heir to a family lineage established on this land since 1910, he gradually abandoned the wine sales to négociants practiced by his parents, opting instead to bottle his wines at the estate. On his 8 hectares, he strives to produce wines that are easy to drink, approachable in their youth, or capable of aging for up to ten years.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification in vats, followed by aging in barrels for several months.
