Marcel Guigal now offers an impeccable range across almost all appellations of the Rhône Valley, including the renowned Côte-Rôtie: La Mouline, La Turque, and La Landonne, as well as, more recently, Château d'Ampuis. La Landonne is the quintessential wine for aging, made from vines averaging 35 years old.
Winemaking
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Continuous pump-overs using CO2 pressure. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration for a minimum of 4 weeks. Aged for 40 months in new oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
Deep red color with dark highlights. Aromas of small black fruits, leather, licorice, oriental spices, and roasted notes are present on the nose. It is powerful, structured, with a pronounced expression of terroir, richness, and concentration.
Serving suggestion
Ideal with marinated meats, beef stew, small game, or aged cheeses. Serve at 16-17°C.
