Located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, the property was built at the time of Napoleon III. It was only in 1936 that Gabriel Farnet acquired it to found Minuty. In 1960, Monique Farnet took over the family business, with her husband Étienne Matton. Today, it is the turn of Jean-Etienne and François Matton to manage the family property. Even though Minuty is primarily known for its rosés, it also stands out by offering red wines.
