Origin and Terroir
Harvested from the renowned Corcelette lieu-dit in Morgon, this wine reflects the unique volcanic soils of Beaujolais. Daniel Bouland’s vines are planted on granitic subsoil, which imparts a distinctive minerality and structure to the wine.
Vinification and Aging
Grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and undergo traditional whole-cluster carbonic maceration for enhanced fruit expression. After a gentle pressing, the wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its purity, followed by a brief elevage in old Burgundy barrels to add depth and complexity.
