Producer & Terroir
Union des Vignerons de l’Ile de Beauté brings together over 500 winegrowers from eastern Corsica. Their vineyards, planted on the red granitic soils of the Aléria plateau, benefit from maritime breezes and intense Mediterranean sunshine. This unique microclimate ensures grapes reach optimal ripeness while retaining bright acidity.
Vinification & Style
After a brief cold maceration to extract color and aromas, the must is gently pressed and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The result is a vibrant rosé that showcases fresh red-fruit aromas, subtle floral notes and a distinct mineral thread.
