Bordeaux Château Guillot can go very well with aperitifs, starters, main courses or cheeses.
On the whole, these wines really have their place in catering, their purchase price is generally very reasonable. They allow you to have Bordeaux wines on the menu at very affordable prices. Everyone knows that when the lowest prices on the menu are too high, most customers do not consume wine. It is certainly flattering to have prestigious vintages and appellations on your menu, but it should be remembered that regional A.O.C.s very often offer excellent value for money.
