Robe rouge rubis aux reflets violacés. Nez d’une grande intensité aux arômes de fruits noirs très mûrs (cassis, mûres) et en parfaite harmonie avec de discrètes notes toastées et beurrées.
En bouche, la texture savoureuse procure un immense plaisir et rappelle une maturité parfaite dans un millésime précoce.
Un « classique » Médocain aux tanins racés et une structure dévoilant de l’élégance en attaque, de l’onctuosité en milieu de bouche et de la puissance en fin de bouche.A servir avec un pièce de Boeuf ,Côte de Boeuf. Boeuf en daube. Magret de Canard. Carré d'agneau. Onglet sauce bordelaise.

Ruby red color with purple highlights. Nose of great intensity with aromas of very ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberries) and in perfect harmony with discreet toasted and buttery notes.On the palate, the tasty texture provides immense pleasure and recalls a perfect maturity in an early vintage.A "classic" Médoc with racy tannins and a structure revealing elegance on the attack, smoothness in the middle of the mouth and power on the finish. To serve with a piece of beef, beef rib. Beef stew. Duck breast. Rack of lamb. Hanger steak with Bordeaux sauce.

The 2017 Phélan Ségur is medium to deep garnet-purple colored with pronounced cassis, black raspberries, kirsch and violets with notions of cedar, earth and cigars. The palate is medium-bodied and elegant with great intensity, fine-grained and firm, finishing long and perfumed. |
