The color is dark. This wine is fruity, with aromas of cherry, blueberry and blackberry. It is fresh and dense. On the palate, it has a roundness with lots of fruit, and a nice length. Serve at 15° when young, and around 17°C when mature, with duck à l'orange, poultry with spices, beef or white meat in sauce. It will pair perfectly with cheese or a chocolate dessert.
