Domaine de Lucie’s Saint-Amour Vin Rouge AOP originates from the northernmost cru of Beaujolais. This Gamay-based wine dazzles with aromas of cherries, raspberries and delicate floral notes.

On the palate, fresh acidity and silky tannins deliver a harmonious structure. Enjoy now with charcuterie, grilled poultry or mild cheeses, or cellar for up to 8 years to reveal further complexity.

Estate & Terroir

Domaine de Lucie is a family-run domaine perched in the Saint-Amour appellation of Northern Beaujolais. Vines average 40 years of age and root in pink granite soils that lend minerality and finesse to the Gamay grapes. Sustainable farming and manual harvesting ensure that only the healthiest clusters are selected.

Vineyard Practices

– Organic and biodynamic principles guide every step.
– Low yields promote concentrated fruit flavors.
– Hand sorting eliminates imperfect berries.

Winemaking

After manual harvest, grapes undergo semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit aromas. Fermentation lasts 10–14 days, followed by gentle pressing. The wine matures on fine lees for 6 months to build texture and stability before bottling without filtration.
