Terrazas de los Andes owes its name to the terraces that emerge at the foot of the Andes Cordillera in Argentina. Created in 1999 by Bodegas Chandon, a subsidiary of Moët Hennessy, the estate's vines are located between 600 and 1,500 meters above sea level, in Luján de Cuyo in the province of Mendoza. Aged 45 to 50 years, they benefit from optimal sunshine, balanced by the freshness of the altitude climate.
