Grape Varieties 40% Roussanne, 40% Grenache Blanc, 18% Clairette, 2% (Picardan and Picpoul)
Average Age of Vines Approximately 45 years.
Vinification Hand-harvested and sorted grapes, pressed, then clarified before vinification in oak barrels (70%) and in stainless steel vats (30%).
Aging Aged for 8 months, 70% of which is in oak barrels (barrels, demi-muids).
Yields 25 hl/hectare.
Tasting Notes Appearance: Clear, bright golden yellow color. Smell: Intense nose of white flowers and citrus fruits with a lovely vanilla note. Taste: Full-bodied, elegant, and long. Overall: A noble, elegant, and very expressive wine
Consumption: Drink now/keep now Serving temperature: Between 10 and 12°C. Shelf life: Approximately 8 to 10 years.
