The family also owns the prestigious Premier Grand Cru Classé A Château Ausone, as well as Château Simard and Castle Moulin Saint-Georges.

Tasting
With a medium to deep garnet-purple colour, the 2015 Fonbel is flavored with warm black plums, blackberry jam, tar and bay leaves with hints of scorched earth and grill. Medium to full-bodied with very fine, silky tannins and a incredible freshness, the mouth offers piles of fruit reds and blacks, going mineral on the long finish.
