Maison Capitain-Gagnerot
Vineyard:At the junction between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits, the very fragmented vineyard of Ladoix is ideally located on the Coteau de Corton, the only hillside in Burgundy to produce both white grands crus and red grands crus. The geological profile of the hillside is broken down into two types of soil:• Limestone marl suitable for great white wines;• Clayey-limestone soils mixed with shallow clay, giving red wines of great finesse.
