The cooperative cellar of Sancerre was founded in 1963. Over the years, it has grown and is the only cooperative of the appellation. The cellar brings together a hundred winegrowers spread over the 14 villages of the appellation, and produces these Sancerre wines served on tables around the world. In fifty years of existence, the Cave des Vins de Sancerre has been able to combine the tradition of winemaking with the modernity of techniques. A rosé with ruby reflections, with a delicate nose of crushed strawberries, flowers and summer fruits. The palate is lively and fresh, with a cherry flavor, where the fruit pulp is marked and persistent on the finish. Grape: Pinot Noir Taste and flavor: Crisp and dry Alcohol content: 13° It goes perfectly with cheeses and charcuterie, but can have its place throughout the meal. It is consumed at 9°C. |
