This wine comes from grapes grown organically by selected winegrowers, who work their vines with respect for nature, without weedkillers or chemical fertilizers, without synthetic insecticides or fungicides. Certified by ECOCERT, an independent organization which controls production, this wine also benefits from VEGAN certification which certifies the absence of ingredients, technical supports and production aids of animal origin. This wine will seduce you with the authenticity of its taste and its terroir.

Winemaking
Harvesting is both manual and mechanical. Destemming is carried out before traditional vinification in vats.

Tasting
The color is pure red with slightly purple reflections. The nose opens with aromas of caramel, ripe black fruits with some spicy notes. The palate is round and full, well coated with silky tannins.
