The 2022 Domaine Jourdan – Les Gravinières is a refined Chinon AOP made from the Cabernet Franc grape variety. Its ruby color and aromas of ripe red fruits, violets, and flint are immediately captivating.
On the palate, the balance between lively acidity and silky tannins creates an elegant structure. The finish, delicately spicy and mineral, lingers pleasantly. Best served at 16–18 °C with roast lamb, duck breast, or a platter of aged cheeses.
