The House, founded in 1750, developed in the 19th century, by acquiring very beautiful plots in the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune. Having remained with the Chanson Family since, she joined the Bollinger family group in 1999, which with a renewed team implemented a highly qualitative policy. This wine has a garnet color. It presents a nose of very ripe black fruits, as well as notes of hazelnut. Its mouth is ample, dense and unctuous, with a beautiful fruit taut on powerful tannins and a good length. Grape: Pinot Noir Taste and flavor: Supple and velvety Alcohol content: 13° Serve at 13-15°C with a nice braised rib steak, or cooked cheeses.
