Vineyard
The estate is located in the commune of Aix-en-Provence to the west of Puyricard. It includes 34 hectares of vines, cereal and fodder land and a few olive trees. It has been organically farmed for around 10 years, facing south and benefiting from a bright sky on a site where the Romans planted the first vines. This terroir is perfectly suited to this vineyard, sheltered from the mistral, flooded with sun and surrounded by olive trees.

Winemaking
Vinification takes place at low temperature. The wine is then aged in vats in the cellar before being bottled on the estate.

Tasting
This pale-colored wine reveals a fruity and aromatic nose.
