Montecampo - Amarone della Valpolicella. Toto vynikající víno s granátovým odstínem rozvíjí vůně černého ovoce, lesních plodů, kandovaného ovoce a koření. Majestátní, plné a sametové s velmi dlouhým závěrem.

Vinařství Zonin, založené v roce 1821 v malé vesnici Gambellara v Benátsku Giobatou Zoninem, stále provozuje jeho rodina i téměř o dvě století později. Jeho potomek, Gianni Zonin, nyní obhospodařuje přes 2 000 hektarů na 11 panstvích, přičemž všechna praktikují udržitelné zemědělství. Mají také negociantní podnik, který se zabývá nákupem hroznů a vín.

Výroba vína
Hrozny se sklízejí v plné zralosti a nechají se 120 dní sušit ve větraných místnostech. Rozdrcené hrozny macerují 7 až 8 dní. Kvašení je pomalé a trvá 4 až 6 týdnů. Vína poté zrají dva roky v 30hektolitrových sudech ze slovinského dubu a poté 6 měsíců v lahvích, než jsou uvedena do prodeje.

60% Corvina, 35% Rondinella, 5% Molinara
Chuť: Silná a plná
Alkohol: 15,5%

Degustační poznámky: Toto vynikající víno s granátovou barvou rozvíjí aroma černého ovoce, lesních plodů, kandovaného ovoce a koření. Majestátní, plné a sametové víno s velmi dlouhým závěrem.

Tipy na servírování: Toto víno podávejte při teplotě 18 °C (64 °F). Dokonale se hodí k bohatým masům, zvěřině, pokrmům s omáčkami a silným sýrům.
