Tasting Notes
Appearance
Deep ruby red color with violet reflections.
Aroma & Flavor
Pronounced aromas of ripe black cherry, plum compote, and subtle cassis, complemented by gentle notes of black pepper and Mediterranean garrigue. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with smooth, supple tannins and a balanced acidity leading to a soft, fruity finish.
Vineyard & Winemaking
Sourced from sun-drenched vineyards in the Pays d’Oc appellation, Merlot grapes provide roundness and dark fruit character while Syrah adds spice and structure. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves freshness, followed by a short maturation in French oak vats to add complexity without overpowering the fruit.
Food Pairing
Ideal with grilled lamb chops, pepper-crusted steak, Provençal dishes, or a variety of cured meats and cheese boards.
