Domaine de Fontenille: A Legacy in the Loire
Situated in the southern reaches of Pouilly-Fumé, Domaine de Fontenille has been crafting estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc for generations. Meticulous vineyard practices—rooted in organic and biodynamic principles—ensure healthy vines and pure fruit expression.
Terroir & Vinification
The vineyards rest on steep slopes of Kimmeridgian limestone and clay, lending a remarkable mineral backbone to the wines. Grapes are gently pressed, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity.
