An Exceptional Terroir
The Domaine de Chênepierre vineyard extends across steep, well-drained granitic soils. The vines, over 40 years old, benefit from optimal exposure that concentrates aromas and enhances minerality.
Traditional Winemaking
Following a manual harvest with vineyard-side sorting, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in large oak casks, refining the tannins and imparting unique aromatic complexity.
