Maison Louis Latour - Pinot Noir

Vineyard
The fruit of a long history, Burgundy and its wines are renowned throughout the world. Pinot Noir is an indigenous grape variety, that is to say originating from this region. A merchant-breeder since 1797, the House remains independent and family-run today, with Louis-Fabrice Latour at its head, representing the eleventh generation. The vines of this vintage are 25 years old on average. This wine has the characteristics of lovely Burgundy wines.

Winemaking
Vinification is traditional, in open vats, with malolactic fermentation. Aging lasts 10 to 12 months in stainless steel vats.

This Pinot Noir has a dark ruby color with aromas of ripe black fruits. Complete on the palate, it has lovely tannins and notes of spices and blackcurrant.
