Domaine Chanson - Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Haut Marconnets
Burgundy - Savigny-Lès-Beaune 1er Cru AOP

Maison Chanson was taken over by the Champagne Bollinger family group, which has worked hard to develop its terroirs: plowing the soil for deep rooting, short pruning and rigorous disbudding to reduce yields and manual harvesting at maturity. optimal.
The harvest is manual, with gentle pressure. Vinification and aging take place in oak barrels for 12 to 14 months (with some new wood).
