Montagne Saint-Emilion Bordeaux

Located in the extension of the Saint-Émilion vineyards to the north, on the right bank of the Barbanne, the Montagne-Saint-Émilion appellation is part of the Libournais vineyards.The variety of Montagne-Saint-Émilion terroirs is reflected in the wines. We distinguish those produced on clay-limestone soils, characteristic of the coasts by their robustness. Wines produced on more gravelly soils gain finesse. The climate is oceanic, with rainy winters and hot, dry summers.
