Origin and Terroir
Château de Corcelles Estate
Located in the heart of Beaujolais, Château de Corcelles spans verdant hills overlooking the Saône valley. Its limestone-rich soils impart a distinctive minerality to the Chardonnay grapes, while the region's temperate climate ensures optimal ripeness and freshness.
Winemaking Process
Traditional Techniques
Expert vintners hand-harvest the grapes at peak maturity before pressing them gently to preserve delicate aromas. The wine ages partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels, creating a harmonious balance between crisp fruit and subtle oak influence.

On the nose, expect vibrant citrus aromas of lemon zest and green apple, intertwined with hints of white flowers and honeydew melon. The palate is lively and well-structured, showcasing flavors of ripe peach, pear, and a touch of toast from oak aging.
Food Pairing and Serving
Serve chilled at 10–12°C to enhance its crisp profile. Ideal pairings include grilled sea bass, creamy poultry dishes, goat cheese salads, and light seafood pastas. This versatile Chardonnay also stands out as an elegant aperitif.
