Les Amandiers. Wonderful bouquet of aromas of black fruits, blackcurrant and blackberries, with notes of white flowers, wet rocks and liquorice. The palate is full, powerful and caressing. Its very velvety tannic structure balances its richness of fruit and its generous flesh, the whole giving a voluptuous length. Aging potential: 10-12 years Food and wine pairing All dishes based on red meat, vegetable gratin. Serving temperature: 16-18°C Alcohol 15%
