De couleur violet grenat moyen, la Dame de Bouärd 2017 arbore de jolies cerises rouges et noires, des senteurs chaudes de prune et de mûre de Boysen avec des tranches de sassafras et de sous-bois Dame de Boüard est le deuxième vin du Château Clos de Boüard. Une autre expression du terroir du Clos de Bouard. Ce vin présente des arômes de fruits mûrs, d'herbes aromatiques rôties et des notes d'épices douces. Des tanins veloutés, son coté fruité et son joli volume en bouche
Medium garnet purple in color, the Dame de Bouärd 2017 features pretty red and black cherries, warm scents of plum and boysenberry with slices of sassafras and undergrowth Dame de Boüard is the second wine of Château Clos de Boüard. Another expression of the Clos de Bouard terroir. This wine has aromas of ripe fruit, roasted herbs and hints of sweet spices. Velvety tannins, its fruity side and its nice volume on the palate.

Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 4 to 8°C. Fermentation
alcoholic in small conical vats and in barrels, vinification entirely by gravity

Aging
In French oak barrels from Tronçais. From 12 to 15 months in
depending on the cuvée. 15% new barrels

Tasting
A purple robe, and a beautiful aromatic palette that reveals
black fruits (blueberry, plum), accompanied by vegetal notes and smoked meats. The texture is velvety, and the wine has a nice length in the mouth.
