Vinification & Aging
Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and cold fermentation in stainless-steel tanks to preserve their vibrant aromas. The wine then rests on fine lees for several months, enhancing texture and complexity without masking the varietal’s natural freshness.
