Located on the sun-kissed Presqu’île de Saint-Tropez, the vineyards benefit from pristine Mediterranean breezes and limestone-rich soils that impart a distinctive mineral character. The 2022 harvest was marked by warm days tempered by cool nights, allowing optimal grape ripening and vibrant natural acidity.
Winemaking Process
Grapes are hand-harvested at dawn to preserve freshness. The blend of 60% Rolle, 20% Sémillon and 20% Ugni Blanc undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing and a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No oak aging ensures pure varietal expression and a crisp, clean profile.

Enticing aromas of white peach, zesty lemon peel, jasmine petals and a hint of sea breeze.

Crisp and refreshing, with flavors of grapefruit, green apple and a minerally saline finish that lingers pleasantly.

Serve chilled between 10–12°C. This wine is an ideal companion to seafood platters, oysters, grilled seabass, goat-cheese salads and light Mediterranean fare. Equally delightful as an aperitif.
