Overview
MV Presqu’Île de Saint-Tropez Rosé is an elegant expression of Provence’s sun-kissed terroir, crafted by acclaimed winemaker Romain Desbastides. This AOP Côtes de Provence rosé captivates with its pale salmon hue and nuanced aromatics.
Winemaking & Terroir
The fruit is sourced from carefully tended, low-yielding vineyards on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Grapes are hand-harvested at dawn to preserve freshness. After a brief cold maceration, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by several months of aging on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity.
