The 2022 harvest was marked by warm days tempered by cool nights, allowing optimal grape ripening and vibrant natural acidity.

Winemaking Process

Grapes are hand-harvested at dawn to preserve freshness. The blend of 60% Rolle, 20% Sémillon and 20% Ugni Blanc undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing and a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No oak aging ensures pure varietal expression and a crisp, clean profile.
