Origin and Terroir
Les Allées de Hautessey is produced in the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, located on the right bank of the Gironde estuary. The vineyard benefits from clay-limestone soils and a maritime climate, imparting freshness and minerality to the wine.
Grape Varieties and Winemaking
This cuvée is a harmonious blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a touch of Malbec. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 8 to 12 months, enhancing complexity and structure.
