Cultivated on steep, terraced slopes overlooking the Mediterranean, the estate benefits from maritime winds and granite soils that lend a unique minerality to the grapes. The estate’s vineyards, planted primarily with the indigenous Sciacarello and Nielluccio varieties, thrive under the Mediterranean sun, producing grapes of remarkable concentration and balanced acidity. Harvested by hand at peak ripeness, the grapes undergo a gentle maceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place in a combination of large oak foudres and concrete vats to preserve the bright fruit character while adding subtle complexity. The result is a wine with a deep ruby color, aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, and wild herb, with underlying notes of spice and a touch of garrigue.
