Domaine Chanson was founded in 1745 and today covers more than 45 hectares, almost exclusively of Premiers Crus and Grand Crus. It is one of the most famous on the Côte d'Or. Maison Chanson was taken over by the family group of Champagnes Bollinger, which has worked hard to promote its terroirs.
This wine offers a brilliant color, with an expressive nose of ripe citrus fruits (lemon) enhanced by toasted and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, with a nice tension and a long and precise finish.
Serve it at 10-12°C with shellfish, fish and certain cheeses such as Comté, cheese from the Abbaye de Cîteaux or goat cheese.
