Chapelle de Brivazac: A Bordeaux AOP Classic
Lovingly produced in the heart of Bordeaux, Chapelle de Brivazac combines traditional winemaking with modern precision. The estate’s clay-limestone soils lend minerality, while the maritime climate ensures perfect grape ripeness.
Grape Varietals & Harvest
• Merlot (70%): Contributes lush fruit and supple texture.
• Cabernet Sauvignon (30%): Adds structure, depth, and aging potential.
Hand-harvested at optimal maturity, the grapes are sorted carefully to ensure only the finest berries go into the vat.
Vinification & Aging
Fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit flavors, the wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (25% new) to integrate subtle spice and vanilla notes without overpowering the varietal character.
Tasting Notes & Pairing
Color: Deep ruby red.
Aroma: Black cherry, cassis, hints of cocoa and tobacco.
Palate: Medium-bodied, silky tannins, bright acidity and a persistent, elegant finish.
Enjoy at 16–18 °C with grilled meats, mushroom risotto, or a selection of hard cheeses.

Drink now to enjoy its vibrant fruit, or cellar for 5–7 years to develop further complexity and tertiary aromas of leather and forest floor.
