Domaine La Rouillère Côtes de Provence Rosé is a refined wine from a family-run estate nestled in the limestone hills of Provence. Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes, it reflects the sunny Mediterranean climate and the mineral-rich terroir of the Var region.

Tasting Notes

This rosé exhibits a delicate pale pink hue with glints of copper. The nose is open and expressive, featuring aromas of wild strawberries, white peach, and delicate floral notes of rose and lavender. On the palate, fine acidity balances a fruity core of red berries and citrus zest, culminating in a crisp, clean finish with subtle saline minerality.

Terroir and Vinification

The grapes are cultivated on south-facing slopes, benefitting from cooling Mistral winds and well-drained soils. Hand-harvested at dawn, the fruit undergoes a gentle press, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats to preserve its vibrant aromatics.
