Color: Delicate and brilliant purple color. Nose: Fruity aromas (cherry) which evolve into fruit notes
ripe, almost kirsch-like. Mouth: Full and fresh, lovely liveliness.

Chicken, veal, fine fish, medium-flavored cheeses, exotic dishes with little spice.
